Description

This .xlsx dataset is for the dielectric spectroscopy study of hydrogen treated hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN). The samples used in this study are: PTFE, pristine h-BN, hydrogen annealed h-BN (Dry and Wet), vaccuum annealed h-BN (Dry and Wet) and hydrogen plasma treated h-BN. The techniques used are: parallel plate capacitor, broadband coaxial probe, microwave cavity perturbation, Raman spectroscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
