Disgrifiad

Raw data files for HPLC analysis includes pdf files for reactions. Peaks corresponding to compounds are obtained from DAD or RI signals. Data is separeted into 5 columns for peak number, retention time (min), peak width (min), peak area (AU), peak height (AU) and area percentage.

Raw data for XRD analysis contains data is an asc file. This data contains 3 columns with the first column corresponding to 2theta (degrees). The second column is the intenstity of reflections which has been corrected for baseline given in arbitrary units and the last column is the same without any baseline correction.

Raw data for NMR data is also provided in a text format with the first column designating the chemical shift (ppm) and the second column denoting the intenisty of signals in arbitary units.

Raw data for UV-vis is also provided in two columns. The first column represents the wavelength in nm and the second column is the intensity of signal in arbitrary units.
