Confocal 3D cytoskeleton datasets (primary bovine scleral fibroblasts either left unloaded or exposed to physiological tensile strain and imaged 1, 6 or 24hrs post-cessation of strain) and labelled for F-actin, tubulin microtubules, vimentin intermediate filaments and cell nuclei.
