Disgrifiad

The data revealed the incorporation efficiency of Lys(Boc) by different Pyl tRNA variants using a dual fluorescence reporter, in which mCherry serves as the transfection control and GFP directly correlates with unnatural amino acid incorporation. HEK293 cells were transfected with the reporter vector and cultured in the presence or absence of Lys(Boc) before subjecting to flow cytometry. Biological triplicates of flow cytometry results (*.fcs) are available here.
