XPS and STM studies of the oxidation of hydrogen chloride at Cu(100) surfaces. Data is organised in folders associated with specific figures. Experimental conditions are given in the associated publication. STM image data files can be read using software such as WSxM (http://www.wsxmsolutions.com/) XPS data uses the standard VMS data format. CasaXPS can read these files (www.casaxps.com/)
