Spreadsheets contating raw data and data analysis for determination of kinetic parameters (Km, kcat) for wlid-type and mutants. (Excel spreadsheets, further details described within the individual spreadsheets). Raw GC-MS outputs for assays to analyse product distribution. Files will need specialist software such as Perkin-Elmer TurboMass and Agilent GC ChemStation to process. Raw NMR spectroscopic data for all compounds generated. (specialist sofware such as Mestrenova or Topsin will be required to process).
