Raw and processed data from the publication, A Photoresponsive Homing Endonuclease for Programmed DNA Cleavage, ACS Synthetic Biology.

Data includes raw image files and Bio-Rad Scn files of DNA agarose gels, spreadsheets containing processed band intensities from DNA agarose gels, and R scripts for processing data and fitting parameters.

Data needs ImageLab software 6.1 (Bio-Rad) to read original raw data (scn files).TIFF files can be read using standard image processing software. Xlsx, csv files can be read using Microsoft excel. r files can be read using R. PDF files can be read using a PDF reader such as adobe acrobat reader.
