Description

A one-pot, two step mechanochemical synthesis process has been developed, of fluorinated pyrazolones. The experiments here have provided a logical approach to multistep solventless synthesis under milling conditions. This demonstrates the applicability of mechanochemical synthesis to multistep procedures.

Analysis of reaction products from this methodology resulted in the following data:
1H, 19F and 13C NMR raw data files
IR spectra
High-Resolution Mass Spectrography spectra.
