This dataset contains 1H NMR data for arylglycine derivatives in phosphate buffers. This data was recorded as a function of time for samples kept at a constant temperature. Analysis of the decrease of the relative integral for the proton on the stereogenic centre yields the kinetic data reported in https://doi.org/10.1002/ange.201709163.
