Description

This dataset contains the calculated conductivity of nitrogen incorporated nano-crystalline diamond films using the microwave cavity perturbation method. It also includes data for Raman Spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy to demonstrate variations in sp2 carbon and which is related to the conductivity of the films.
