The data contain epi-detected heterodyne coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering images of glass-water interfaces with lipid bilayer or oil droplets. Additionally a differential interference contrast image of the oil droplets is provided. A HTML file is included with full descriptions of all data. The data is shown in the publication "Heterodyne dual-polarization epi-detected CARS microscopy for chemical and topographic imaging of interfaces", published at https://doi.org/10.1117/12.2507636
