Description

Using longitudinal data from the largest worldwide observational study of HD, we assessed the effect of hypertension on disease severity and the rate of clinical progression in 4761 HD mutation carriers.

The data presented here is code written in 'r, used to do the data preparation (removal of outliers, quality checks, removal of excluded groups) and the statistical analysis, which includes a series of linear regression models and linear mixed effect models. Statistical analyses was performed using R Studio.

Reserach results based upon these data are published at https://doi.org/10.1002/mds.27976
