Description

The data files contains the following:

The top 5 models of the GFP docked to cyt b562 after RosettaDock analysis. The files are in PDB format as output by RosettaDock so do not have the GFP chromophore nor cyt b562 haem group present.

The absorbance data in an Excel file.

The fluoresence emission data in an Excel file.
